SPAM POLICY: MLMHitList Anti-Spam Policy
MLMHitList.com strictly prohibits its members from using spam and other forms of Internet abuse to seek referrals. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:
MLMHitList.com may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:
Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, MLMHitList.com may immediately terminate the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the account, the loss of all referrals, the forfeiture of any unpaid money on account, and a prohibition against any future membership. The Individual will also be responsible for a daily payment of $500 per day for every day the www.MLMHitList.com website is down and not operational due to the individual’s verified spam complaint.
Account Suspension: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, MLMHitList.com may immediately suspend the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Suspension is intended to prevent the abuser from benefiting from their abusive activities by prohibiting the offender from registering referrals, accruing or receiving any Bonus Contest Giveaway Commissions. After a thorough investigation, if the spamming incident is verified, but does not rise to the level of a terminable offense, MLMHitList.com may (but is not obligated to) lift the suspension.

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Charlotte, North Carolina. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Charlotte, North Carolina, under the rules of the United States Court Systems. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Termination
These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all www.MLMHitList.com site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at MLMHitList.com's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other www.MLMHitList.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. www.MLMHitList.com reserves the right to terminate your membership at anytime and for any reason it deems fit. We reserve the right to terminate any account for any violation of these Terms and Conditions of the MLMHitList with or without prior notice.
REFUNDS POLICY
The One-Time Set-up Fee of $25 for the set-up of the more frequent Mailer System is NON-REFUNDABLE. The $10 per month upgrade charge to use the more frequent Mailer is refundable based on the refund policy set forth: Any written refund request received between the 1st and the 15th of any month will receive a full refund for that month and that month only. If the written refund request is received between the 16th and the last day of the month, there is NO REFUND. The same refund guidelines apply to any and all new Tools that are added to the www.MLMHitList.com system and are made available and supplied/supported by the www.MLMHitList.com system. The refunds are based on monies paid directly to Tim and Teresa Sebert Enterprises, L.L.C. Any monies paid to outside vendors whose website links were made available in the www.MLMHitList.com system are not the responsibility of refund by Tim and Teresa Sebert Enterprises, L.L.C. The individual who paid for the tool supplied by an outside vendor must seek re-imbursement from that vendor and not from Tim and Teresa Sebert Enterprises, L.L.C. The www.MLMHitList.com and Tim and Teresa Sebert Enterprises.com do not warrant or accept any responsibility for any tool displayed or made available through the www.MLMHitList.com System.
By using the www.MLMHitList.com System, you acknowledge and agree with every Term, Condition and Policy disclosed within the Terms, Conditions and Policies.
